Redlands · Queensland
More than a Boccia club. Redlands Rebels is a place to play, belong and grow, from your very first throw to competition at the highest levels.
The club
Every Sunday, the hall comes alive with ramps, boccia balls, conversation, laughter, and plenty of friendly competition.
Redlands Rebels is a welcoming social Boccia club where people of all abilities and experience levels can come together, have a go, meet new people, and enjoy being part of a supportive community.
Some players throw, some roll, and some use a ramp. Whether you’re brand new to Boccia or have been playing for years, there’s a place for you here.
For us, Boccia is about more than the game. It’s about connection, confidence, inclusion, and having somewhere you genuinely look forward to being each week.
Different abilities. One community. All Rebels.

02
Redlands Rebels is about more than sport. It’s the birthdays, after-club lunches, laughs, celebrations, friendships and conversations that keep people coming back each week.
03
For players who want to take Boccia further, there are opportunities to develop skills and explore competition pathways. From local events to higher-level competition, we’ll support you along the way.

“Sundays are the highlight of the week.”
— A Rebel, after training

The sport
A precision target sport designed for athletes or individuals with physical disabilities. Red or blue leather balls. One white jack. Closest to the jack wins the end. It is one of only two Paralympic sports with no Olympic counterpart.
Players throw, roll, or use a ramp. Everyone competes from a seated position. Strategy matters as much as the arm.
